Young Thug aka Jeffery Williams, a rapper, is, in February of 2024, on trial for racketeering along with five co-defendants.

Williams is claimed to have been the head of a gang called Young Slime Life or YSL.

The government alleges that YSL is a violent criminal enterprise guilty of murder, illegal drug sales, shootings, and car jacking.

Williams maintains his innocence, alleges that YSL means Young Stoner Life and that his business consisted of a record label.

Atlanta Lawyer, Nicole Fegan, was a lawyer for Williams’ co-defendant Tenquarius Mender in the RICO case.

According to police, Fegan wrongfully informed a YSL member that he was to be arrested for a 2022 shooting.

The government maintains that Fegan directed that member to ditch his phone to hide evidence on his phone and to help avoid police locating and arresting him.

Real Estate Developer Futterman arrested for DUID

At one time Robert Futterman was a superstar real estate developer.  That was then, in May of 2019, Futterman was terminated as an employee by the firm he started.

In summer, 2019, Futterman was involved in a traffic accident in which a mother and infant son were injured in the Hamptons.

Former real estate broker Robert Futterman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly driving while on drugs, in connection with a Hamptons crash that injured a mother and her toddler son.  Futterman, at 60 years of age, foolishly attempted a field sobriety test designed to provide probable cause to arrest him.  The police decided the field test designed only for alcohol showed impairment by drugs.

The police charged Futterman with felony DWI, two possession of drugs and one marijuana possession.  Earlier in July, Futterman was charged with boating while under the influence in Sag Harbor.  He was out on bond for that charge when arrested for this DUID and multiple drug possessions.

Futterman has a history of drug and alcohol problems and charges.  Futterman’s former employment fired him for cause due to his erratic behavior.  One specific issue noted was Futterman’s arrest for possessing marijuana edibles at a Texas airport.  Futterman entered a guilty plea in 2011 for Felony driving while intoxicated with children in the car and DWI.

Richardson was not charged for child endangerment for the 12 year old who was in the Bentley.  In January, 2016 Richardson entered a guilty plea to resisting arrest, evading law enforcement and evading law enforcement.  The Court found facts sufficient to convict on those charges and then deferred the cases to be dismissed upon the successful completion of certain conditions.  Those conditions are 100 hours of community service, two years of probation and good behavior.  This is an amazing disposition for someone driving 143 miles per hour with a child in the car while being chased by police.  Richardson has pledged to turn his life around, stating “I was negative in the community. . . I’s gonna change.”  #NYJetEscapesJailForRecklessDriving

NY Jet Escapes Jail For Reckless Driving:  Richardson has always been an incredible athlete.  He was a star in football, track, baseball and basketball at his Missouri High School.  He was a high school All American in football as a defensive end.  In college at the University of Missouri, Richardson was also a star in the two years he attended that school.  Richardson set a Southern Conference record with 75 tackles in his last year.  Even in college, however, Richardson had problems following the rules.  After being suspended for rules violations at the University, Richardson declared for the 2013 NFL Draft.  The New York Jets took him in the first round as a defensive end.  Over the next couple of years Richardson was a standout defensive end.  Richardson has such strength and speed that the Jets sometimes play him at fullback.  In that role, Richardson has scored two touchdowns — once against the Green Bay Packers and once against the Carolina Panthers.
