According to Lil Waynes’ former girlfriend, Melissa Howe, Wayne stayed armed at all times.

After the murders of Nipsey Hustle and XXXtentacion, Wayne saw a pattern of high profile rappers being murdered.

Wayne wanted to be able to defend himself.

Unfortunately Wayne as a convicted felon is not allowed to protect himself with a firearm.

Howe dated Wayne from 2017 to the end of 2019.

Howe indicated that Wayne would cancel shows where he could not stay armed.

Wayne is currently out on bail for a felon in possession of a firearm charge.

Wayne will be participating in the upcoming Tyson/ Jones fight.

Wayne recently donated Turkeys to the needy in New Orleans.
